We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Warranty Coverage
All products sold on our website come with a 12-month Return to Base (RTB) warranty, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects under normal use. If an issue arises within this period, simply return the item to us and we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.

Please note:
DTF printer heads are covered by a 90-day limited warranty due to the nature of their use and sensitivity to improper handling or ink contamination.

Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully. If you’re unsure about compatibility or product suitability, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Faulty Goods & Returns Process
If you believe your item is faulty:

Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos.

Our team will assess the issue and provide return instructions if applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty on arrival.

Important Notes
Items must be returned in original packaging (where possible) and in clean condition.

Consumables (e.g. inks, films, or blades) are only covered if faulty on arrival — not through regular wear or incorrect use.

Any physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
